About the event

In this immersive workshop at Vale Ondula, we’ll explore the world of wild plants — learning how to identify, harvest, process, store, and prepare them for everyday use.

🌱 What you will learn

  • Edible wild plants and their traditional uses

  • How to harvest respectfully and safely

  • Ways to dry, store, and prepare wild plants

  • How to make teas and simple preparations

  • Stories, traditions, and folklore connected to the plants around us

🌿 What to expect on the day

This is more than a plant walk.

It’s about resilience, autonomy, local abundance, and reconnecting with ancestral knowledge.

🌱 Includes guided plant walk + hands-on preparation

🍵 Wild tea tasting included

We will also share a potluck lunch — please bring a dish to share!
