About the event
In this immersive workshop at Vale Ondula, we’ll explore the world of wild plants — learning how to identify, harvest, process, store, and prepare them for everyday use.
🌱 What you will learn
Edible wild plants and their traditional uses
How to harvest respectfully and safely
Ways to dry, store, and prepare wild plants
How to make teas and simple preparations
Stories, traditions, and folklore connected to the plants around us
🌿 What to expect on the day
This is more than a plant walk.
It’s about resilience, autonomy, local abundance, and reconnecting with ancestral knowledge.
🌱 Includes guided plant walk + hands-on preparation
🍵 Wild tea tasting included
We will also share a potluck lunch — please bring a dish to share!

Dates: Thursday, May 14th or Saturday, May 4th 2025 — two sessions available, same content
Time: 10:00 to 17:00
Location: Vale Ondula
Contribution: 25€ (donation-based — no one turned away for lack of funds)
What to bring: A dish to share for the potluck lunch. And a ceramic bowl to start your own production :)
Children: Welcome — we will have a childminder on site. (on request)
This workshop is open to everyone — whether you live in a city apartment, a small house, or a homestead. If you can hold a bowl, you can grow your own food.
