About the event
Hey friends!
We’re inviting you to join us for a hands-on day of forest care here at Vale Ondula. Together, we’ll be clearing brambles, planting trees, and tending to the land in whatever ways the season calls for—supporting the ongoing regeneration of our forest.
This is a beautiful opportunity to get your hands dirty, spend time outdoors, and actively contribute to the health of the ecosystem. Along the way, we’ll share knowledge and explore practical forest management techniques, learning together as we go. No prior experience needed—just curiosity and willingness to participate.
What’s the Plan?
Each Forest Care Day, we focus on a larger, meaningful project that supports the long-term regeneration of the land. What we work on depends on the season and the needs of the forest—this might include clearing overgrowth, planting trees, improving water systems, pruning, or other essential land-based tasks.
We’ll spend the day working together, sharing skills, and learning by doing. It’s a chance to contribute to something tangible while gaining hands-on experience in forest management and regenerative practices.
What to bring:
Sturdy shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty
Any tools you have (pruners, shovels, bush cutters, etc.)
Something to share for lunch—we’ll enjoy a simple potluck picnic together
The Schedule:
10:00 – 13:00: Morning forest care session
13:00 – 14:00: Potluck lunch break
14:00 – 17:00: Afternoon work session
Please RSVP and let us know if you’re joining.
We’d love to spend the day together caring for the forest—learning, working, and connecting along the way. It’s a meaningful and rewarding way to contribute while being part of a growing community around regenerative land stewardship.
