About the event

Imagine your brain as an operating system with 4 users interfaces, that drive every decision and inner struggle you face. By learning to discern which of these systems is active in the situation you are facing, and by knowing how to switch to the right one if it is not, you gain a powerful new perspective on yourself and the world around you.

Practising the Adaptive Intelligence ultimately allows you to remain calm in all circumstances, especially when faced with new, unforeseen and complex situations.

This understanding unlocks the secrets to:

  • Emotional Regulation: Better manage your feelings and reactions.

  • Motivational Control: Direct your drives and desires effectively.

  • Improved Decision-Making: Make wiser, more conscious choices.

  • Behavioral Adjustment: Modify your actions to achieve desired outcomes.

In essence, you develop Adaptive Intelligence: the ability to flex your cognitive skills to thrive in any situation, especially when faced with novelty, complexity, or unexpected challenges, all while maintaining composure.

This process enables you to return to a state of natural equilibrium, characterized by peace, well-being, joy, and improved health.

The Adaptive Intelligence is part of to the NBA (or Neurocognitive and Behavioral Approach) which is a fascinating, innovative and multi-disciplinary  approach born out of more than 30 years of neuroscientific research.

After a 25-year career in sales and business development, Miguel Wils shifted his focus to empowering individuals and organizations. He found the Neurocognitive and Behavioral Approach (NBA) and executive coaching to be powerful tools for driving change. Now, as a facilitator and executive coach, he helps organizations implement behavioral changes and collaborative leadership, and guides individuals to be in the best version of themselves and achieving their personal goals.
